Lou Boldt is in charge of a task force that's going nowhere--a serial killer is on the loose in the Green Lake area, (his marriage is a mess (he talked his wife into an abortion & now she's cheating on him) Someone is leaking info to the press, Lou's best witness a pubescent 13 year old boy) is in jeopardy because of the leaks, and something smells--not all the crime scenes line up, or do they?
