Book Description THE HARDY BOYS® A VACATION IN PARIS TURNS INTO AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE THE CITY
Frank and Joe Hardy can't resist an invitation to volunteer with the crew for a soccer match in Paris. They will be working at the same stadium where the World Cup was held a few years ago! From the moment the Hardys arrive, though, strange things start happening. Bleachers collapse during practice, fireworks are tampered with, and the stadium lighting system is sabotaged. The stadium -- and soon most of Paris -- is under attack.
Despite the extreme danger that lies directly in their path, the Hardys are hot on the case. Using spy gear like night-vision goggles and digital voice changers, can Frank and Joe trap the mastermind behind these crimes?

Exciting Hardy Boys Action!, June 6, 2003

The Hardy Boys are in Paris attending an amateur soccer tournament which is beset by protesters. Someone is trying to sabotage the match and Frank and Joe quickly get involved. The trail leads them to a secret passage in the Louvre, an ancient castle and the Paris Catacombs! Along the way their father, Fenton, gets kidnapped and the Boys are hot on his trail also! The action in this story is non-stop and, unlike some other recent Hardy Boys stories, extremely plausible and will keep you on the edge of your seat right up to the surprising finale! This is one of the best Hardy Boys stories in quite a while
