Book Description "Few match Francis for dangerous flights of fancy and pure, inventive menace." BOSTON HERALD Roland Britten, accountant and champion steeplechase jockey, wakes in darkness with his hands tied. He has no idea where he is or what is happening, and still he manages an escape -- until he is recaptured, and the deadly cat and mouse game proceeds.... Reader Reviews Accountant to the rescue, July 24, 2003 Reviewer: William Tennison from Charlotte, NC Dick Francis brings in a different kind of hero, an accountant! The story is very enjoyable. This novel differs from some of his others in that the hero actually has a sex life. While, I would highly recommend this book, Francis does throw out a number of easy clues to figure out the true villian in the story. --This text refers to the Audio Cassette edition
